In preparation for this, we would ask you to evaluate inventories and stocking needs you would have between now and the end of the year so that we can work with you to ensure your needs are covered. For warehouse stocking orders, ideally, we would have those in hand by the end of November to plan production accordingly. For the ebb and flow of orders that we drop ship directly to customer sites, we kindly ask that you place all orders by December 12th. This will allow us to fulfill and ship your orders before shutdown. Any orders received after December 12th could be delayed for processing & shipping until after the first of the year.
We will do our best to accommodate any orders we receive between December 12th and 21st, based on the inventory that we have and production we can get scheduled, however, we cannot guarantee those would be able to ship on/before December 22nd (the last day of operation before shutdown.)
