AP Tech Welcomes Co-op to R&D and Quality Department

AP Tech is excited to announce and welcome Maggie Sullivan as their student Co-op for the Spring semester.  Sullivan is a Chemical Engineering major at The University of Cincinnati.  She will be working in the R&D and Quality lab applying knowledge from her foundation at U.C. and learning about AP Tech’s chemical applications for cooling towers, boilers and closed looped systems. Sullivan is from Cleveland, OH and entering into her third year at U.C. where she is a member of  UC CHAARG (an organization that aims to ignite a passion in college-aged girls for health & fitness) and the U.C. Environmental Club.

Matt Horine, Managing Director at AP Tech and U.C. alumni, said he is “delighted to partner with The University of Cincinnati’s College of Engineering and Applied Science to bring students into the realm of chemical engineering and help them understand its application in the real world.”

Horine continues, ” This is AP Tech’s 4th year partnering with U.C.’s Co-op program. The caliber of students that have come through the program has been outstanding and we look forward to seeing their journey to becoming successful engineers.
